The Island Council should work to ensure that someone knowing first aid is always available.

More details listed above under "boats". The island comes with several boats. The Org will fund the ongoing maintenance of one as a rescue/emergency boat.

There must be one in Granada - the nearest major town. But we should validate the quality of care.

** what's the situation with insurance?

** intra-community crime - somebody punches somebody, somebody steals something, somebody gets accused of a crime on the island
** legal services - who's the lawyer people should be dealing with, who understands the place

If an owner wishes to get rid of his share, s/he announces the intent to sell it. The Org then has "right of first refusal" and 60 days to purchase the share, before it can be sold to anyone else.
