The team of people who welcome new members into the community. Initially, we'll welcome new members into the tribe. Later on, we will be the group responsible for welcoming people to the island and giving them any info that they need.

We may also take it upon ourselves to do a survey of the tribe, to see what the silent majority of the tribe thinks of the project.
